Question about website for my local business..

Hello, I need to build a website for my business. It's a local car wash, and we offer traditional hand washing. The website needs to be simple. All I need is a landing page with a CTA, which will be a phone number customers can use to book an appointment. I’d also like to have a gallery showcasing our previous work. If possible, I’d also like to include reviews and the location from our Google Business Profile. The main goal of this website is to rank as high as possible on Google, since there is almost no competition in our area. My question is: Which programming language should I use, or which ones, and where should I host the website? I have some technical knowledge, but I’m not at a professional level. As for the design, I already have a logo and colors I’d like to use. Do I need to provide anything else? And is Claude Design good enough to create the design for my landing page?
