Hosts: Claude Code (marketplace plugin), OpenCode, Pi, OpenClaw, Hermes (adapter tagged v2.15.1).
Claude Code install:

Default embeddings use Gemini unless you set LTM_EMBED_PROVIDER=ollama. Local DB ≠ fully offline.
