I made a free, open-source tool that turns Claude Code into a motion design director

Claude Code can write a video, but the results usually look generic: centered text, everything fading in. I spent a few days building the process that makes them look good into an open-source skill. It plans the video with you, builds each scene as a clip, syncs sound to the beat (and verifies it), reviews its own frames until they pass, and exports vertical, square and wide from one timeline. To test it, I made a 30-second launch film for a fictional app (attached). The test found 6 real bugs, all fixed now.
